SWEET GLORIOUS FOOD RETURNS. With this, Erika welcomes Landel back with open arms and decides to harass Seishin for some information about last night, if he had any. It seemed like she was a little too eager, since she ended up annoying him instead, but she didn't care because waffles. [ x ]
Sun Room (2nd shift)
Erika lounges in the Sun Room, enjoying the lack of soldiers and lamenting the loss of her hard gotten privilege of being able to wander around freely. She talks to Gren to pass the time. [ x ]

After enjoying lunch with more real food, Erika attempts to find Sync. Unfortunately, his mun went off to vacation overseas and as a result, she can't find any trace of him. [tba]

Cafeteria to Laundry Room
Erika finally decides to use her privilege of "being able to go wherever you want" during DS and travels up to the Laundry Room to collect some blankets for... things. Nigredo follows her mostly to see if she's real and not a delusion of his. They encounter the Blanket Nazi, whom Erika enjoys tormenting a bit before they go back downstairs. [ x ]
Sun Room
Erika's plans are revealed: SHE WILL BUILD THE GREATEST FORT OF ALL TIME. She also revels in the small victory of making Sync join her in the fort for an Evil League of Evil Meeting, which actually goes quite well. It's too bad Sync is also a treacherous snake. [ x ]
Cafeteria
Taking a break for lunch, Erika meets a fan of her fort and attempts to convince him to help her overtake the whole Sun Room. Unfortunately, Gamzee Makara is a little too weird even for Erika's tastes. [ x ]

F21-30 Hallway
Erika meets up with Aigis and finally gives up Yukari's Evoker, but then she gets a demonstration of the Evoker's power from Aigis. Grateful for Erika's cooperation, Agis heals Erika. The act of Aigis healing Erika also triggered an unexpected side affect from the drug she was injected with: Erika suddenly became aware of a machine that was holding their powers back. Renewed from this discovery, Erika decides to investigate it, if only to relieve her boredom. [ x
West Wing, South Hall 1-B
With her new mission in mind, Erika decides that she isn't done with Sync yet and makes up a half-baked theory to convince him to go with her so she can continue to enjoy the benefits of a meat shield. It also turns out that the effect of the drug she was injected with was experiencing extreme pleasure when she touches someone, so she happily takes advantage of that and molests Sync a little in lieu of a painkiller. aka, this is the worst thread I have ever done. Grand Ballroom to Caverns
Sync and Erika teleport to the Caverns, where they meet with the Trolltaker, Charon. They learn the price of crossing the lake, and Erika gets christened "Blueberry" by the lord of the underworld. She also learns of another group who went through the caverns before them. [ x ] [ x ]

Cafeteria
Did you know that sending your character to the morgue was actually optional? Yep. That is why Erika has the chance to take out her anger at losing at life last Nightshift on poor Mike Meekins, who was also hallucinating something awful. [ x ]

Erika reunites with Rita and has another intellectual chat with her, or at least tries to. Knowing that she isn't allowed to exist in her own canon anymore put a bit of a downer on the conversation. Also, she finds out that you do not talk about Fight Club the Coliseum in this thread. [ x ]

It turns out that Erika got "lucky" and was randomly selected for a drug trial, this time an involuntary one. She just shrugs and rolls with the punches, and decides to spend the shift creeping on Jessica because if she's feeling miserable and could possibly die permanently tonight, then her misery should be shared. Since visitors shift is today, the Institute has seemingly gone back to the way it was when Landel was still in power. Erika quickly figures out that there's a coverup in the works and boasts about it to Sync, who doesn't seem to care too much. Poor Erika... one day someone will praise you for not being an idiot. :( [ x ]

Erika checks up on Scott Pilgrim just to make sure that he didn't forget about her promise to destroy him. He has the last laugh now, but soon, Scott... soon. [ x ]

F21-30 to Main Hallway, 1-West
Erika finds out that she inherited Yukari's Evoker, and becomes instantly dismayed as the gun proves useless to her. She is a tad surprised as she didn't peg Yukari as a model gun collector, but she keeps it anyway in case it might come in handy. She then makes her way to the usual meeting spot, where she is greeted with the delightful sight of Sync kidnapping a small child for their BASEMENT ADVENTURES!!!. This is why they are such good friends.... Anyway, with Nigredo in tow, the three of them warp off to the basement to finally begin their BASEMENT ADVENTURES!!! proper. [ x ] [ x ] [ x ]
Grand Ballroom
Despite the fact that Erika was the one who used the ring to teleport this time, she still manages to land on Sync. No one is dead though, but Nigredo is awake and now starts to understandably get a bit upset. After some healthy threats and the fact that Nigredo can't really leave without one of them harming him somehow, he resigns himself to being the third unwilling member of their BASEMENT ADVENTURES!!!, which are now finally beginning! Basement, East Hall to Hall of Armor
Sync picks a hallway for the three of them to go into. Erika and Sync seem incapable of going three steps without going at each other's throats. Nigredo sighs wistfully and remembers the days when he wasn't kidnapped by them, aka earlier that day.
Once they reach the Hall of Armor, Nigredo tells them the contents of trial, which makes Sync go "meh" and Erika freak out because she was expecting intellectual challenges and Tales puzzles. Despite the bickering, they form a plan and decide to just hope nobody dies. That would be slightly problematic. [ x ] [ x ]
Weapons Range
tl;dr: Nigredo has to fight corrupted URTV units, he manages to defeat them but doesn't escaped unscathed. While Erika tries to treat his wounds so he stays alive until at least the end of the night, when the Institute can patch him up, Sync grabs the prize. Although Erika tries to "help", she is forced to rip fabric from her dress to completely patch up Nigredo and gets very annoyed. So annoyed that when he starts talking, she decides to do him a favor and duct tape his mouth shut. She mad. [ x ]

Anyway, she and Jessica talk for a bit and both make the wise decision not to really trust the other too much. FRANDSHIP. [ x ]

Erika begins her nightly trolling. After meeting up with Sync, the two of them discuss their BASEMENT ADVENTURES!!! and they make an agreement that Sync drives and Erika brings the booze. He then says they should test the ring and that he has something to do anyway, so they teleport away. DAMN I love that ring. [ x ] [ x ] [ x ]

Thanks to the shenanigans that took place yesterday morning, Erika gets to help everyone else clean the cafeteria. At least she wasn't one of those unlucky fucks who were lined up against the wall for everyone to see. She tracks down Sync and explains her situation, and while Sync isn't all that amused, the two agree to keep working together at the moment. Erika isn't too concerned, as long as she has Sync's ring and most of his cooperation. They decide to meet up again tonight. [ x ]

Erika calls Scott Pilgrim out. Thus begins her revenge. [ x ]
Cafeteria (Lunch)
As it turned out, the military wasn't kidding about making some major changes. Erika angsts over the fact that they were given hideous pink gruel to eat, and The Trickster joins her to angst along. She doesn't miss the chance to ask him some things and finds out that he met someone who experienced similar symptoms of paranoia last night - or that he was that person, but she didn't care too much about details. At the very least, she marks him down as a possible candidate for her BASEMENT ADVENTURES™!!!! [ x ]

At last, Erika meets the fabled "man from 19 years ago" who ruined her perfect victory in the fifth game of Umineko. While she rages internally for a bit, Erika tries to ask Lion some questions and ends up pegging Lion as a man. Though she is unable to get much from Lion and has already marked him down for revenge, Erika decides not to troll Lion too much for the moment - Lion was actually willing to talk to her, and might prove to be a valuable source of information. So, she decides to back off for now and approach Lion some other time about this whole mess, unaware of the danger that her behind is in... [ x ]

Since Erika was a fatass and ate her dinner, she unknowingly ingested an agent that would cause her extreme paranoia. Regardless, she already makes up her mind to ditch Xemnas for the night to investigate this "Project 2911" that was announced. When she meets up with Xemnas at their proposed meeting place, though... Erika gets an odd feeling. She decides to make sure to confirm his destination, before she leaves him for the night. [ x ] [ x ]
West Wing North Hall 1-B to M-C Block
The effects of her dinner start to take effect as Erika finds herself growing more suspicious of Xemnas. Eventually, she decides on a whim to ditch him as she found herself wanting to check on something more important. More like, someone more important.
M-C Block to Main Hallway, 1-Center
Erika's travels take her to the Sun Room, where she sees Sync. Irrational warning bells signal off in her head, but while Sync was waiting for a chance to run through the Sun Room, he gets attacked by some necrits. Erika watches the whole scene and seems satisfied for the moment: If Sync was attacked, then he was most likely not working for the Institute. Still, she seems rather hostile towards him over the fact that he went off on his own, despite the fact that they worked this out the previous nightshift. Sync shrugs it off as Erika acting like a girl and Erika shrugs it off as Sync acting like a traitorous douchebag. [ x ] [ x ] [ x ]
Sun Room to Walk-in Fridge
Luckily for Sync, Erika was distracted from her thoughts to shank Sync and steal his ring by the sight of someone she hates more: Scott Pilgrim. Though she does not know his name or why he is fighting another group of patients, she knows that Scott threw juice at her hair during the earlier food fight and HE WILL PAY. This brief respite doesn't keep her from suspecting Sync though, and she offers no information about her plans to him as she still thinks he's trying to screw her over. LIKE ALL MEN. Down here, Sync finally is able to reset the ring and save their location for later use. Erika, being quite skeptical, decides to use her own blood to reset the ring in case Sync decided to try anything funny with his blood, SOMEHOW. It made sense in her head. After observing that the blood did indeed reseal the ring, Erika was planning on killing Sync there where few would find his body, but as such a foolish course of action would have resulted in her dying a terrible death, the night had to end. [ x ]
DAYSHIFT 54
Breakfast
At breakfast, Erika gleefully notices the soldiers who are now occupying Landels and takes a seat with Gren, wanting to discuss the change in atmosphere. However... she also ended up getting involved in the subsequent food fight, and nearly gets involved when Scott Pilgrim throws orange juice at her head. She vows revenge on him, but Gren manages to make her at least postpone her evil plots until a time when there are not armed soldiers attacking them. While Gren tries to persuade her to leave, Erika instead chooses to stay by the door so she can observe the whole fight... And then the room gets teargassed. She ends up missing the rest of the day because of this. Also, I'm lazy.

Luckily for Erika, her spirits lift again when I handwave her witnessing Landel getting sacked from his job. She discusses this with Yukari, wondering who his successor will be and if the person who started the food fight did so on purpose to make the transition in leadership easier. If only she knew how that would bite her in the ass tonight... [ x ]

F21-F30 Hallway to Main Hallway 1-West
Erika and Sync have a date tonight, and they meet up to discuss planz and all. The detective describes her route for the night: The file room, and then the second floor patient storage if time permits (spoilers: it doesn't). The two head off to the file room... [ x ] [ x ] [ x ]
Main Hallway 1-Center to Entry Room
While walking, Erika takes the time to ask Sync about a few things, such as what was in the Sun Room at night. Since Sync is a jerk, he tells Erika indirectly and since Erika is a jerk, she gleefully accepts his challenge and works out that the people who guard the Sun Room are the patients, probably under some sort of mind control. The two of them get along so well... [ x ] [ x ]
File Room #2
Using her great powers of deduction (aka lucky guessing), Erika correctly chooses File Room 2 as the place where she can find her personal patient file. After some struggles with the rusted cabinets, she finally gets it and... finds it pretty incredible, to say the least. She is clearly not amused, but another name appearing in her file makes her curious. She decides to make a detour to the second file room to properly investigate. [ x ]

Breakfast
After sharing a night of trauma, Erika and Sync come to the natural conclusion that they have blackmail material against each other and decide to form a true villain's alliance and spread evil and malcontent amongst Landels. But first, Erika proposes that Sync join her on BASEMENT ADVENTURES™!!!! Sync decides to accept, since he could use the entertainment. [ x ]
Sun Room
Now that Erika finally has the foundations down for the villains club she dreamed of, she decides to now try solving what actually happened last night and finds a like-minded person, one Rita Mordio. She learns that different people presumably had different interactions with their shadows, and that not everyone in the institute is a passive idiot who believes in ghosts and shit. [ x ]
Lunch
Still trying to investigate last night, Erika decides to approach Isaac Mendez and attempts to question him. It doesn't go very well because he didn't do anything last night and Erika makes a somewhat erroneous assumption that nothing happened because I was a moron and didn't catch my fail logic /SOBS. [ x ]
Sun Room (again lmfao)
Erika intended to see the wonderful failformance that would have been SEX BO-OMB, but she sees Xemnas and decides to spend her time a little more constructively. She also manages to recruit him into her BASEMENT ADVENTURES™ and also makes herself look like a fucking creeper by deciding to add herself to his nightly excursions tomorrow night, cuz like hell she's gonna let some other guy cheat on her. I mean wow, this description got really weird. [ x ]

Erika decides to go investigate the MU sessions when they're not going on to make it a little easier - she only needs to see the place, after all. Still, even though nothing was going on, she figures it's good to have a meat shield for company and picks up Sync for the trip. [ x ] [ x ] [ x ]
Main Hallway 1-West to West Wing, South Hall 2-B
Erika and Sync observe the effects of the new event, and then make their way to the second floor. Up there, Erika asks Sync a little about the institute and he talks about zombies, which amuses our detective. She starts to offer her theory as they walk to the disciplinary corridor. Disciplinary Corridor
Unfortunately for Erika, the last bit of evidence she needs for her theory is locked and she finds she can't open the doors. She decides that she'll just have to join those "rescue" efforts to get a look inside, and she explains to Sync about her theory that Landels is a government conspiracy. Sync decides to make Erika eat her words and tries out his ring to teleport them off to... [ x ]
Janitor's Closet
The ring takes them to the janitor's closet, where Sync was last before he fell off a skyscraper. Erika wonders how this works for a minute before her shadow comes to life and runs off without her. As Erika cannot feel truly evil without it, she chases after it. [ x ] [ x ]
Laundry Room
The shadow takes her here, and there Erika's shadow reveals its true nature. Much like Persona 4, she denies it and gets her ass kicked. So does Sync, for that matter. Man, you guys coulda been Persona users. :( [ x ]
DAYSHIFT 52
Breakfast
Here, Erika meets with Ange for the first time. However, Ange's story is the same as Battler's: not only is she from another timeline, but apparently she hadn't even stepped onto the board. Erika certainly is alone here. [ x ]
Library
Erika catches up with Xemnas and they talk briefly before she shows Xemnas the map she took from the bulletin board earlier that day; he gives her his own map and she copies it down for the rest of the shift. [ x ]
Game Room
Here, Erika speaks to one Inspector Lunge and feels a little bit of kinship with talking to another investigator. He tells her a bit about the sleep studies and mentions a person who organizes rescues, along with helping her out with her map. Erika makes a note to remember those two. [ x ]

F21-30 Hallway to F-A Block
Erika goes out to meet her party of 4 in the F-A Block: Momo, Raine, herself and Xemnas. Momo decides to take the back route through to the basement since the Sun Room usually has someone patrolling it. [ x ] [ x ]
Rec field
The party get temporarily hindered by an angry grudgey ghost grabbing onto Erika's skirt and generally creeping everyone out. Everyone but Erika, that was, because she was already thinking of ways to deny the ghost, but Momo urges them forward and she has to abandon her quest... for now. [ x ]
Courtyard to Walk-In Fridge
The gang make it all the way to the walk-in fridge without too much hassle. Erika tries to figure out the location of the trapdoor herself, but Momo ruins all of her fun... and Erika's mood gets worse. It seems like she's a little disappointed that the basement mysteries were solved by Momo already and she doesn't even have the chance to try. Well, now she knows how it feels. Ballroom
Down at the ballroom, Momo hands Raine the artifacts and gives Erika her katana, as Momo intended for Erika and herself to be the two fighting. Unfortunately for us, NS ended and then this little subplot ends... FOR NOW. From this, though, Erika learns the location of the basement and the requirements for entering: 2 artifacts and 4 people.

At the rec field, Erika is giving Leela an explanation about her plans, but the Landel's event kicks in and she finds that Leela no longer understands her. Lucky for Erika, she speaks English and was able to keep up communication with Leela. The great detective knows, after all. [ x ]

Erika tears her dress once she gets over the wall, leaving her in a bad mood. At least she can curse in Japanese without anyone knowing. Unfortunately, they don't get far. I think I failed here too. [ x ]

When she wakes up, Erika gets a little disgruntled at her mun for dropping so many posts and starts to pick up the pace by taking note of who is entering this bus. She ends up sitting next to Rika and the two have a terse discussion. [ x ]

Erika meets up with Xemnas, whom she stopped suspecting, and happily shares some information with him since she is quite certain that, unlike certain other people, he isn't an idiot. [ x ]
Noon, Main Street to the Tasty Burger
A certain redhead runs into Erika and the two have quite a terse conversation. Battler decides to move the discussion to the tasty burger so he can at least have a nice meal while dealing with Erika, and she discovers a few things: Battler isn't from the same time period as her, and Beatrice is apparently still alive. Erika also decides to fix the latter thing asap. [ x ] [ x ]
Early Afternoon, ???
Erika stalks Momo and her persistence is rewarded with a meeting with a rebel who calls himself Marc. While she has many questions for him, he doesn't have too many answers, but she does find out that he is looking for some special broadcasting equipment. Being the friendly neighborhood detective that she is, Erika decides to make his mission her mission. Whether he likes it or not. [ x ]

Erika starts the night off by transcribing the intercom posts, her new project. She also pays attention to the radio, and after hearing something interesting, she decides to investigate. She then finds Momo, and decides to kill two birds with one stone by letting Momo be her meatshield while she gets some information about Jack and some history behind the Head Doctor. Erika wakes up, goes "lol mystery" at how she wakes up again in her room, and goes to breakfast, where she finds Battler and Rika. Things get a little tense when Battler denies that he has anything to do with this. [ x ]

THE BEST THREAD. Erika finds no signs of needlemarks or bruises or anything that suggests she was manhandled last night... so she decides to check on Aigis to see if her body is also unmarked. And looks very creepy doing so. [ x ]

Erika finds Raphael, whom she was observing the night before, and attempts to ask him some questions. It doesn't go very well. [ x ]

Excited by this exciting twist in the mystery, Erika briefly examines the monster before introducing herself formally to Xemnas, finding him to be a kindred soul, and then actually answering some of his questions. Erika and Xemnas run into an SC!ed Anthy fighting Utena and Raphael. While the two of them are interested in observing, Erika figures a better spot to watch would be the Chapel and the two of them move. [ x ]

In the Chapel, the two of them exchange names and pleasantries while observing Anthy kick ass. Because only Erika and Xemnas can chat pleasantly about the weather when people are in danger of dying in front of them. [ x ]

Breakfast
Erika's first unlucky victim is Tim Drake, whom she questions about the Institute. Since Tim isn't really in the mood, she doesn't get a large amount of information, but he tells her the basics, enough to get her started. [ x ]
Sun Room
After I was a derp and tried to post Erika in the Rec field when it was divided by gender, she arrives in the Sun Room and mistakes Rika for Bernkastel. Rika starts to wonder just how many people "Bernkastel" knows and patiently explains for the millionth time her story to Erika. Erika... needless to say, walks away with a different interpretation. [ x ]
Lunch
At lunch, Erika sits down with one Miss Hinamori Momo and gets a lot more information from her. She's actually quite pleased with the explanation, and gets more info on Doyleton and the night at Landels in general. [ x ]
Recreational Field
Erika finally gets to go out to the rec field, makes some observations, and gets into a small talk with Rika's roommate, Anise. Anise worried that she might have been acting weird, but she clearly had no idea whom she was talking to. [ x ]
Dinner
Erika chats with Nunnally and the chat turns into a discussion over her world. Erika also gets disappointed since it turns out Nunnally wasn't mauled by monsters and she is quite happy to find that somehow, her dress appeared in her room. [ x ]
