Another shopping trip to Derby today. I think I'm officially going to marry Topshop. :D

I bought:

- a knitted cotton cropped jumper, navy blue and beige stripes, with lipstick logo and the word 'love', from my beloved Topshop
- an In the Night Garden pencil case with Makka Pakka (my fave character) on it :D

Yesterday we went to Oxford. It was absolutely amazing. Saw tons of colleges (I took lots of photos), people on bikes, and students (lots of international students at this time of year). Ate a roast veg and hummus baguette for lunch, and a fantastic bean, veg and sundried tomato burger with chips in an Oxford pub. Very nice pub, surprised they did ( Read more... )

Yesterday icegemini, suyongli  and I went to the DFO at the airport. I was surprised at how little time it takes to get there - just a train from Auchenflower to Toombul, then a ten or so minute bus ride to the DFO. Hurrah!

Dammit. I've lost my glasses. I'm trying to do the whole "where did I have them last" test but I know I had them on the coffee table and now they've just vanished. I just hope they haven't been knocked off and stood/sat on. Sigh.

Question: will shops be open in the city today do you think? I hope so :D

Last night I went to Tomato Brothers with the uni gang.  Much fun.  I esp. liked the New Orleans pizza.
