Quick update before I fall back into bed. Went to London yesterday. Hooray! In short:

Bought sequined black vest from H&M. So pleased. :D Also a blue belt from H&M.

Bought a book called 'The Secret Life of Birds.' It is basically the perfect book for me. :)

Yesterday we went to Oxford. It was absolutely amazing. Saw tons of colleges (I took lots of photos), people on bikes, and students (lots of international students at this time of year). Ate a roast veg and hummus baguette for lunch, and a fantastic bean, veg and sundried tomato burger with chips in an Oxford pub. Very nice pub, surprised they did ( Read more... )

Yesterday Rob and I went to London. It was AWESOME.

- fantastic food at this raw vegan, organic cafe called VitaOrganic. I had dahl, spelt bread roll, creamy pasta (with peas!) and shepherds pie. Yesterday icegemini, suyongli  and I went to the DFO at the airport. I was surprised at how little time it takes to get there - just a train from Auchenflower to Toombul, then a ten or so minute bus ride to the DFO. Hurrah!

Yesterday I bought two more items of clothing - to be specific, two more denim items of clothing. I have never owned so much denim in my life! ;D Specifically, I bought a denim skirt, which fits nicely on my hips, and a pair of stretch, slim fit jeans. Today I went to Jay Jays and bought: a t-shirt with a ghost on it, a t-shirt with cute animals on it, AND the most epic pieces of clothing - an Edward Scissorhands t-shirt (SO AWESOME! Yesterday I went into Target to look for a copy of Breaking Dawn (it seems to be sold out everywhere I go!) and came out with a pair of black gladiator flats. Yum. :D They are a similar style to these, but they're black and completely flat.
