When I was a kid, my parents got me an 8-track tape (yes, I am that old) of fairytales read by multiple people, where the people acted out the fairytales. I've been looking for this tape for years. 8-tracks wear out, you know. It would have come out in the 1970's or earlier ( Read more... )

I bought a Celtic music collection cassette tape in the early-mid 2000's.  Possibly at Wal-mart?  I only know a couple of the songs on it, but I've been trying to find out the actual collection name so I can get some of the songs by the artists on the collection.  The songs I remember are

I cannot for the life of remember the name of this artist or album. It's a guy singing, and he takes heavy metal/hardcore songs (like "Enter Sandman" by Metallica) and sings them in a kind of Frank Sinatra style. I think that it sounds so nifty (and funny!) and would really like to buy or download some of his stuff. Thanks in advance ( Read more... )
