Celtic song collection. EDIT FOUND

I bought a Celtic music collection cassette tape in the early-mid 2000's.  Possibly at Wal-mart?  I only know a couple of the songs on it, but I've been trying to find out the actual collection name so I can get some of the songs by the artists on the collection.  The songs I remember are
  • Sally Gardens [I think it was written as "Sally Gardens", not "Down by Sally Gardens", but I'm not 100% sure]
  • Endearing Young Charms
  • Cockles and Mussels
  • there was a song I loved, it had a female mentioned, possible at a market? It's driving me nuts, and I can't find a title that looks familiar on any of the lists I've found.  I think it had her name in it and some action or place she was at (like "selling" or "market")
The collection also may have had Saint Anne's Reel and The Lark in the Clear Air.  I know the jacket was green, big surprise, I know.  I think it had hills.  Not narrowing it down much there either.  I think it was "Celtic" and not "Irish", I know it wasn't "Scottish".  Thanks!

ETA: FOUND
So I was wrong on a couple points.  The album is Irish Dreams by Alisa Jones.  The song I was thinking of is The Parting Glass and the name I was thinking of is another song I liked on it, the Humors of Tully Grine.  IDEFK where the market part came from?

album, music, song, music irish, music celtic
