I've been making this recipe for a long time on the stove/oven but I wonder how it would fare in the crock... I'm not sure about cooking rice for a long time in the crock pot -- I don't want it to turn into glue. Anyone have a recipe like this that works or suggestions on if this one would work pretty much as-is?
