Pork cutlets
Hello all! Long time lurker; first time poster. I bought eight thin cut pork cutlets to make pork parm today, but my friends surprised me and brought dinner with them....which leaves me with eight thin cut pork cutlets. I'm always eager to try new things in the crock, but all of the pork recipes I can find call for roasts or bone-in chops. Anyone have any great recipes for cutlets? Thanks!
