Not too much has been going on. Still doing water aerobics 4 nights a week, and trying to fit in movies on the weekends when I can. Last Friday night I went to see Burn After Reading and really enjoyed it. Friday night after dropping my carpool buddy off at home I headed out to catch Death Race. Totally cheesy action movie, but it had some incredible high points. It's been a busy few days. Friday night I went to see The Mummy III. Saturday I had a hair appointment, tried to sell some books to Powell's. (They took about 5 out of 80 or so). So, my folks are arriving sometime this afternoon to my house while I'm still at work. The plan is to go to a Thai restaurant downtown for dinner. We might or might not be meeting an aunt & uncle there for the dinner. So, after posting my movie invitation on PDXCF and my LJ, I ended up having one taker. ghstintheshl and I caught the 4:30 PM showing of Hellboy II: The Golden Army and it was amazing. So, to fill in a bit of the stuff I've managed to miss putting down here. The weekend of May 17th, my folks spent a couple of nights, and had talked about taking me out to look at cars, but that didn't happen. We did plant some geraniums in my planter boxes and did a few things around the house.

Friday night, I got picked up from work by birthmom P, and was her guest at a wedding up on Alberta & NE 18th. The wedding ceremony was short and sweet, the buffet was tasty, but some of the hors d'oervres were way too spicy!
