My psoriasis has been getting steadily worse all summer. Fortunately, I haven't had any arthritis flare-ups, but the flaking has been getting terrible and the affected patches of skin have been getting larger. Today, without warning and with no apparent cause, my arthritis is back with a vengeance. All the fingers on my right hand except my thumb are aching today quite badly. I took 600 mg of ibuprofen a little over an hour ago and I can just now finally make a tight fist with some effort. Still some soreness in the fingers but it's definitely better ( Read more... )

Took ibuprofen last night before bed and this morning with breakfast, but still having pain today. R ring finger feels stiff and sore. Very poor hand strength, not really able to grasp anything with R hand, only between thumb and first two fingers.

Woke up this morning with pain in my hands again. Right ring finger feels like someone smashed it. In addition, my left pinkie is stiff and sore at the bottom joint where it joins my hand. (note to self: learn the proper medical terms for each finger joint ( Read more... )
