Today, without warning and with no apparent cause, my arthritis is back with a vengeance. All the fingers on my right hand except my thumb are aching today quite badly. I took 600 mg of ibuprofen a little over an hour ago and I can just now finally make a tight fist with some effort. Still some soreness in the fingers but it's definitely better ( Read more... )
