Well, we had snow flurries this morning, and the mercury hasn't climbed out of the 20s. Plus--BONUS--the dreaded wintry mix is predicted for Friday. I've been busy organizing, storing (boxing and labelling) and toting my Christmas boxes to the attic for the better part of the day. This gives me such a good feeling--and so does the fact that I've started cleaning and organizing my guest room, which doubles as a craft/holiday staging area most of the year--but that's getting in shape too this ( Read more... )

Not exactly midwinter, but good grief, it's cold! Temps didn't make it out of the 20s until this afternoon, and now we're plummeting back down to around 20 or so. I woke up to snow across my front yard, on my dogwoods, and covering my car!

WHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!! And it's a cozy day--I enjoyed spending the morning in my flannel pjs with ice-skating elephants.
