I'm finding lots of recipes online but hope you have a tried and truly yummy strawberry rhubarb pie recipe! I'm baking a pie for my fiance to make him feel better after some jerk totaled the driver's side of his car while it was parked on the street overnight. It's not much, but there's not much else I can do :o(.
Anyone have any good recipes that include a fair amount of either of these ingredients?? I don't want them to go bad in my fridge but for radishes I can't think of anything other than chopped in a salad, and for chives I can only think of putting them in mashed/baked/fried potatos.
I found this non-vegan recipe on All Recipes. I received rhubarb two weeks in a row from my CSA and wanted to do something savory with it this time, so I tried this recipe. Posted below is my version of the recipe.
