So, I just acquired a whole bunch of rhubarb. Like, three or four pounds. A friend has a garden and he brought me a whole bunch. It's very beautiful, but I'm not sure what to do with it!
While I definitley appreciate rhubarb in baked goods, I was wondering if anyone out there had any cool recipes for savory rhubarb dishes. Something roasted, or in a soup or stew perhaps?
Also, if you have any good recipes for sweet rhubarb dishes, I'm open. I was just wondering if cooking rhubarb is possible in other ways, too :)
