My friends got a deep fryer (i know, bad news) and I wanted to try making deep fried mushrooms.

Thanks for the suggestions, I cooked up my chard and it was super duper delicious. I sauteed it in olive oil with collard greens, red onions, garlic, and mini bella mushrooms.

I am helping a friend learn how to cook, and tomorrow night's lesson is mushroom pasta, with peach cobbler for dessert (and probably bruschetta to start). I need a wine to go with it.
