Yup. I'm still in London. I got all packed up and ready to get outta here last night. Then this morning Mo and I went to trek to the bus very very early. We opened the front door to see a snow storm. so tonight I boarded my plane to Berlin. With a quick 45 minute layover in Zurich. Everything was peachy and I was able to leisurely make my way through Heathrow to my plane. So I woke up at the crack of dawn again to get movin on a tour. I hopped the metro to the Colosseum and met up with my tour guide. Once again, I was the only one on the tour. So today I decided to take it easy... I got up at a leisurely time and took my time getting ready. I went down to the hostel bar and got a huge breakfast and chowed down while I chatted with a few people online late into the morning at home. When I arrived I was able to figure out the metro fairly easily. I hopped from train to train as though I were a pro. Now getting off the train and finding the hostel was another story. After wandering around for nearly an hour, and getting wrong directions twice I finally found it. It was on a street only about 200 yards from the train station. ( Read more... )
