Yikes, I'm posting a lot this week!

Was planning to go to a concert this evening but had to cancel at the last minute. So I got to watch the finale of Moonlight live, yay.

Since Moonlight's cancellation, anything connected with the show has brought me a sense of bleak desolation. Could something make me smile? I would have said "impossible".

But mo_shmoe succeeded. She drew me this utterly amazing picture, and it's going on my wall to remind me that the show may come to an end, but Mick/kitty is eternal :D

Hey guys! From what I understand, tonight is the first part of the Moonlight finale, so if you were interested in checking out Claudia Black I believe this is it you may have to wait until next week, alas. 9pm on CBS.

BOOK: I haven't read anything good lately. So I'll just think of something random. Err, The Westing Game by Ellen Raskin. One of the best kid's books in existence, and probably what inspired my love for really clever whodunits.

To take a complete break from serious matters, I have to pass on this somewhat disappointing news bulletin to those who haven't seen it:

Two things.

1) Megathanks to those who've contributed, but can't anyone else think of any shadowy, broody tunes? Need distraction plz!!

2) Moonlight last night OMG. The show tends to get better every week, but this was, like, a leap into the stratosphere. (  Bullet-point list of amazement )

Back in September I noticed, and mentioned here, that my favorite new TV shows all starred British or Australian actors (or both) playing Americans. What I'm now noticing is an odder trend: most of them are or have recently been involved with Harry Potter actors.
