in my attempt to keep to a "bed time routine" i've been making sure the tv is off when the urthling gets out of the bath. i put on music. last night i asked thebcman to get the tv off for us. when we went up front he had Kingfish playing loud. needless to say the urthling (being the music lover that she is) started to dance and get all riled up ( Read more... )

Tricolor Bush Beans-must plant again. next year i should try to make several different plantings. the seed packet was Renee's Garden. they produced very well and didn't seem to affected by insects or disease.

Sunray tomato-the picture shows a yellow tomato. my bush is producing very orange tomatoes. i've been bothered by these little fuckers. ( Read more... )

had some irregular early morning nursing that kept me awake for a bit. got ourselves around for the skype w/ mom and then the ordeal of getting socks on the urthling-her new elmo shoes require socks, other shoes do not but that isn't what she wants to wear.

had a good time in ark city despite the 90 mile an hour winds we experienced all weekend!

urthling had a good time playing with her cousins. mom's face is finally looking asymmetrical if she isn't talking or eating.

didn't get good sleep fri. night-urthling wanted to nurse and nurse and in and out of bed.
