to continue from the last post, the urthling has spend every night since Fri. in her own bed in her own room.  WOW! she's done pretty good about not peeing, but i think yesterday she had an accident because i was trying to wake her up.  last night i put pull-ups on her and it was dry this morning ( Read more... )

ugh! started to feel blah thurs. afternoon late. sometime that night it really hit me and by friday i was with a full blown cold. major sinus drainage and coughing up of yuck. made it through friday.  thank goodness for my parents being able to watch the urthling because i didn't have to worry about hypochondriac  day care.  seriously thinking ( Read more... )

the last two nights the urthling has woken up crying about her ear. last night was particularly bad, especially at 5:30 when i was trying to go take a shower.  after my shower i decided to stay home with her in part because she was finally sound asleep. not responding to her name or my touches like she does on a normal morning when i go to wake her ( Read more... )

with the urthling's ear infection, i allowed her to nurse because it gave her comfort.  since she has been getting better i wouldn't let her nurse last night or rather early this morning. she had a fit around 3 or so this morning, finally settled down and went back to sleep. unfortunately i was never able to join her ( Read more... )

thebcman worked last sat. he had a tent with 600+ people so it ran the entire hill up from the stadium.  fortunately we had bananas and i made a yogurt salad with avocado so he didn't wake up in the middle of the night with leg cramps. they were trying to happen all evening long poor guy ( Read more... )
