Bleh. Just read something depressing related to my eating habits/desire to get back to my personal "natural weight" when not hypothyroid -- go to bed on an empty stomach. I can't do this! I always have some amount of insomnia, but Zyprexa does a lot to control it. It's been a long time since I've had insomnia other than anxiety of having to get up early the next morning. I went to bed at 10:30pm last night and talked to Michael on the phone for a bit because I couldn't sleep. I finally took a Klonopin to fall asleep since I need to fix my sleep schedule. I slept 13 hours last night:-( On Geodon I was sleeping only around 7 hours, starting to wake up after around 5 hours of sleep (unmedicated I usually sleep 9-10 hours). I didn't sleep as much last night, even though I went to bed late. Maybe my insomnia isn't as bad when I go to bed later when I'm more tired. I got up earlier than usual today. I just managed to get out of bed. For some reason I was incredibly exhausted (I still am, but not as much). I felt like I had overexercised and hardly slept, though neither of those were true.
