So, the 30th has now hit.

This marks six years since the evil ex died. Unlike the previous few years, this year I'm already stressed due to other things and therefore am more likely to have moments of PTSD. It's not fun, but it could also be worse. And that's about all I've got to say on the matter.

I've had some crappy times since he died, things like dopplegangers and nightmares and I still can't watch Lost In Space (1998 version) or handle certain bits of music, but this is by far one of the most horrid things to happen yet.
