My neighbor is making bacon and I can smell it in my kitchen. Snow and ice here today-- mostly ice. We didn't get any snow or ice last year, and then so far this year we had stuff last Thursday/Friday (mini snow) and then today. They actually canceled all afternoon classes at the university and the public schools let out early, too, which was a smart move, I think, because it got pretty icy. Slept in until noon today. It was lovely. I'm worried I won't be able to fall asleep tonight, of course, but oh well. Class went well today. The class I taught, I mean. I haven't had the class I take yet because it doesn't start until 7:30. 7:30! AGH. I refuse to stop complaining about that, because it's really quite ridiculous.
