Canada, my newest musical outing with my close and dear musician friends, is slowly becoming the beast i had hoped it would be.

We have posted four new songs on our MySpace that we're currently working on and i'm as pleased as a pigeon. Still no real vocals or lyricals yet, but they are forthcoming.

What a joyous day it has turned out to be. This afternoon i received my iPod in the mail and i am in love. I've kissed it three times already. It is even more fantastic than i had exptected it to be. So a few weeks ago i bought this CD by this girl named Joanna Newsom and it's been haunting me ever since. The album is called Milk-Eyed Mender and it's one of the most beautiful albums i've heard in years. You truly need to watch these VIDEO CLIPS OF JOANNA NEWSOME PERFORMING AT THE ICA. The cardboard chair is coming along nicely. I sat this morning and worked on it for 7 hours straight while watching one of my favorite new shows Myth Busters. (The other favorite show of mine is VH1's The Alternative, Sundays/Wednesdays/Thursdays @ 11:00pm. Think 120 Minutes). Last night I had a dream that I was floating down the Hudson River on a 2’ x 2’ boat made out of paper with a paper sail as tall as me. Two nights ago, Canada (who now have their very own website) had their second official band practice. It was a good time. A third new song is developing before our very eyes and again features the glorious glockenspiel playing of one Aaron Shaul, who is by no means a slow_learner (hoi, hoi, hoi).
