So I know that in lots of places people fry bread dough and eat it. Here we call them toutons (I don't know why or wher ethe name comes from, but toutons are traditional Newfoundland food.) i had leftover fries. i squeezed some dijon mustard and horseradish sauce over them, plunked on a couple slices of american cheese, and threw it in the oven for about 10 minutes. then when the cheese was melted and gooey, i spooned chopped garlic from a jar over them.
I went to our state fair yesterday, and finally got to eat one. I had a deep-fried Milky Way, and it was wonderful!! :D I kept my promise and took photos to share with all you lovely fried-food fans.
