I'm just discovering that dragging several cubic feet of dirt can leave a body sore. Yes I should have thought of that sooner. Not that it would have stopped me, but I should have thought.

I feel very accomplished and happy today. No particular reason - though I got good news on my prescription med coverage and YAY! for one less thing on my list.

I had to go to the hospital again yesterday (infernal migraine). The ER doc had the same question I keep getting - what should we give you? I don't know!!! I'd give a lot to be able to take an Advil - muscle relaxers are NOT the same. I feel really stupid taking pain pills for back pain/cramps/spasms; it may not make sense, but those pills are for my migraines. I just hate feeling weak.
