Hospital Trip
I had to go to the hospital again yesterday (infernal migraine). The ER doc had the same question I keep getting - what should we give you? I don't know!!! They are not being mean, or obtuse, I just have such weird reactions. I need to ask my neuro what he'd give me in the hospital. Otherwise it's a crap-shoot.
Last evening I got a dose of morphine and phenergan. I was still in pain, but was buffered from it. Then I slept, slept, and slept some more. The headache is still here, it's just very little now. Of course I also want to sleep again; can barely stand my muscles are so weak - I'm hoping that's normal.
Thank God for laptops and mobile phones with net connections.
