Made my first attempt at mini turkey meatloaves tonight (mainly because I had a craving for ground turkey but didn't want to make burgers). Sometimes when I get depressed, my kitchen practically becomes new living space. I made cornbread dressing last night for the first time ever. I was amazed and pretty proud; it turned out great! I'm watching a whole episode of Grey's Anatomy for the first time in a very long while. Confusing for sure. The drama is kinda compelling but I hate that there's so many speechy-type soliloquy moments. In the last 24 hours, I've made a huge batch of spinach lentil soup, banana walnut pancakes, and turkey meatballs. I've never even tried to make any of those before, but they actually all turned out pretty good. I was kinda worried about the soup but it was much better after the flavors melded.
