Grey's Matters

I'm watching a whole episode of Grey's Anatomy for the first time in a very long while. Confusing for sure. The drama is kinda compelling but I hate that there's so many speechy-type soliloquy moments. Not to mention, I have no idea about some of the who's and what's going on, like why is Meredith bedridden and where have I seen some of these

Meredith is bedridden because the actress is pregnant. And because the character gave her dad a kidney. :)

Ooooohh...that makes more sense. I kept waiting for them to elude to some reason why the character was laid up, but maybe I missed it. Gracias!
