My wife and I have been using Blue Apron for three weeks. If you're not familiar with Blue Apron, here's what it is. Every week for a fee, depending on how many people you want to serve, they deliver the ingredients for three dinner recipes. The ingredients are pre-measured and fresh from the farm seasonal. rosepurr and I had a fantastic weekend.

Friday night, after work, we met up with our friends Amy & Jay at one of our favorite restaurants in town, Anatolia. We hadn't been there in a while, and we needed quality time with friends. Good food and good company, good times.

Last week was chaos. Most good, some bad, steadily improving as the week progressed.

Of course, here it is Wednesday of the following week before I've had opportunity to write it down so I suppose this one is crazy, too.

Saturday, rosepurr and I stayed in. rosepurr made a wonderful turkey soup from scratch, plucking the meat off the bones and soaking them most of the afternoon.
