rosepurr has a cookbook called 660 Curries. It was a gift from a friend.
A few weeks ago, she made a black eyed peas and mushroom curry recipe from it that was absolutely amazing. Hearty, rich, with just the right amount of spice (not hot, just flavorful). Supremely satisfying.
Tonight, she made it again.
