We hosted dinner group again tonight. We made these things:

-Salad made of things i bought at the Super H Mart
-Chicken Chili Verde
--I modified this by roasting the corn and green chiles instead of sauteing them. Also, added 0.5c of wheat berries and pearled barley. Fibrous!

To much busy... We have been moving. k's dad visited over the weekend and helped out a lot. The old house is mostly empty, but still needs a pretty stiff cleaning. We did stuff for easter and we baked a ham and made three differently wrong angel food cakes.

Actually, Puerto Rico. Puerto Vallarta is more fun to say...

So Friday, we left for Puerto Rico. The flitgh left on time and was nice and smooth. We watched a stupid but heart warming Adam Sandler movie, The Longest Yard.
