As part of the last stretch of my NaNo, I had my characters make ribs for dinner. And just this morning, Mom called me up inviting me and Dave over for dinner because she's making spareribs. How weird is that?

Dave's folks got to our apartment close to four on Wednesday, and after giving them the tour (and telling them all about the toilet), we all just sat around and talked for a while.
