I have a lot of friends irl who did not breastfeed past 6 months. None of us begrudge each other. Our kids get fed, whatever.

However, since beginning the breastfeeding journey I have repeatedly heard, "if they can ask for it they're too old for it."

I just had those most panic inducing realization. If we do this second pregnancy thing (coming up on two years puts the realization of a second pregnancy as more of a reality instead of a dream) I guess I'm going to have to either make Mike's Mom watch the kids or *start panic attack here* have someone that is not Mike in the delivery room with me. I still think having children is so far easier and more enjoyable than weddings.
