I normally listen to stand up comedy or HLN on the way home from work but today I turned on the 80's station and rocked out. It always amuses me how certain songs remind you of certain periods in your life- both good and bad. In the cookie cutter community that we live in, they have scheduled yard sale days laid out for us and next weekend is the big sale day for 'one man's (or in my case- WOman's) trash'. AS soon as I closed the door behind me on the neons I had insta-guilt. Its not even that I am selling the Ex's items against his wishes but that I am finally separating myself from my past with him.
