After Bear prompted her w/an e-mail, our real estate agent finally got back with us today at noon (see a pattern here?). She said that she got th notification that the buyer is accepting the house as-is. Yeah!!! If you ever want to buy a washer & dryer, do not buy the one that Consumer Reports is one of the best, made by a foreign company which has just started shipping to the US.
