My A1C was taken at the end of September... it was down to 5.9
Which is phenomenal. That's what's considered at the high end of normal. If I wasn't getting there with medication that's grounds to cut medication back. And, my doctor and I will discuss that idea in ( Read more... )

So, I survived another month. Not, that there was much thought that I wouldn't... but one never knows, yes?

I was there from March 18 to April 2.

I had surgery for wound reasons on the 19th, and had pretty aggressive antibiotics administered via IV while I was in there. I came home with a wound V.A.C. and yes, I've already had my first appointment with wound care clinic for follow up treatment ( Read more... )
