The headache I woke up with this morning has graduated to include sensitivity to light and sound. I'm sure it's not a migraine; it doesn't hurt all that much and it isn't, by any stretch, a chronic phenomenon. Still, I wonder if I'm getting sick.

This is me, trying frantically to find some way to fly down to Washington, D.C. to attend the Rally to Restore Sanity without getting fired. It would, of course, have to fall on a day when I was tantalizingly close to D.C. but still had to work.

It just stands to reason that, although the average pH of water in my city is a very respectable 6.9, my tap water would be clocking in at ~5.5 or less.
