So last night I woke up at 2:30 AM.

The first thought in my head was: "Why is hatchingfic not a super popular genre?!"

Just read the most fabulous fic. Connie Willis's book Bellwether, which is about a woman researching the origins of fads. In the fic, she's researching fandom and fandom fads. This is the perfect metafic; it makes complete and utter sense. Plus, it reads just like the book does. Link.

 Took the day off in terms of homework today, after classes. Not intentionally, but somehow today went really fast. I'm exhausted. This whole week has been super tiring, despite being short.
