So! I am going to GeekGirlCon this weekend. I am very excited and it is my first con, so if you are also going you should tell me so. I have made a Plan of all the things I want to see, which in some cases requires a time turner. It's all good.
Thing two! You may know, because I have half de-anoned everywhere and lots of people knew in the first place, that I was writing a Sherlock-is-a-robot AU on the kinkmeme. It is destined to be three separate fics, all of them longfics in their own right (facepalm), and I had posted the first one and some of the second on the meme. It will not continue to be posted on the meme, because I have gone back and edited it heavily enough that anything new I write would no longer make sense following on from the old stuff. HOWEVER. I rewrote, expanded, and flailed all over part one of the fic, and it is now part of robotbigbang. Summaries are going up tomorrow, and art claims open at noon EST on Sunday. If you feel like making Sherlock-is-a-robot art (or other robot art, I guess, if you have to :P), I am pretty sure you can still go sign up to do art. If you just want to read it it'll be up at the end of September.
