The house that the family trust decided to sell has now been sold. Unfortunately we didn't get anywhere near what we had hoped for it due to the City of Portland vetoing most renovation/building ideas that potential buyers had come forward with. The new couch arrived today, and I really like it. Of course, now that I have actual furnature in my living room so I can sit and watch TV, the TV is starting to act up. Looks like I will have a roommate for the next 6-12 months. Was informed last night that my youngest brother (the one I actually like and get along with) is getting divorced and he has less than a month to find a new place to live as they have already given notice to their landlord.
