Looks like I will have a roommate for the next 6-12 months. Was informed last night that my youngest brother (the one I actually like and get along with) is getting divorced and he has less than a month to find a new place to live as they have already given notice to their landlord. Looks like I have a new roommate now.

She doesn't arrive until the end this month (from Shanghai, China) but all the paperwork has been submitted and approved. The amusing part is watching a local friend of hers running around shopping for a bed that she can use when she arrives since I don't have a spare one.

This shall be... interesting?

Finally got the title paperwork on my Yamaha V-Star 250 so I can sell it, now I just need to clean it up a bit and see about fixing one thing (if I can). Anyone looking to buy?

So, last night I informed the roommate that I wanted her to be moved out by the end of September. That should (hopefully) give her enough time to get organized, finally find a job, and figure out where she is going to live.
