Roommate
Looks like I will have a roommate for the next 6-12 months. Was informed last night that my youngest brother (the one I actually like and get along with) is getting divorced and he has less than a month to find a new place to live as they have already given notice to their landlord. At least he is steadily employed, can pay rent, and knows how to live within a budget.
