I submitted some slogans to this place a few months back. I did a pretty good job at coming up with cleverly offensive lines if I do say so myself.

I'm getting a cold. Colds knock me out more than a lot of people I think, like I start to feel really tired and hazy in the head and slightly stoned. Which I don't suppose would be bad if it didn't also include ouch in the ear canals, followed by snuffling, followed by losing of voice and coughing up of lungs. It always goes in that order. I'm trying to type up this story I started writing. MS word doesn't think "unrelinquishable" is a word. I beg to differ. Unable to be relinquished. Simpletons.

Ever take two words that could work in a certain context, and confuse them to form an entirely different word that does not actually work in that context?
What I mean is, I was meaning to use either "affix" or "suffuse", and instead I used "suffix". This was weeks ago. Going back to reread, I notice that one's face cannot be suffixed with a grin ( Read more... )
