anniemal got a replacement pair of glasses today. She lost the last pair 2 months ago. She's delighted to be able to see well again. To bad she's ignoring being drunk as the major factor in misplacing the previous pair.

I'm doing a load of laundry. I have no clean bike shorts to wear tomorrow. anniemal has been sober all weekend, and said laundry was on her list of tasks, but she never got around to it. I've seen very little of anniemal all week, but she seems to have been sober the last few days. The subject of Linux came up again, and today she's ameniable to installing it on her ThinkPad. anniemal's gone to the Maryland Renaissance Festival with her OkCupid buddy. He apparently got some steeply-discounted tickets. They had planned to go Saturday, but then the weather sounded better for today, and then Saturday turned out better than forecast ( Read more... )
