anniemal does not remember my calling her last Monday (Dec 23) about a ride home from the Ballston Metro. One of anniemal's less-frequent OkCupid buddies came by. Possibly because of her complaints about her laptop (she's done something weird to the display, and the trackpad and mouse buttons are dead; she's using an external trackball) he left a Windows tablet here. I'm home from work before dark. My workspace is mostly packed up, and on a truck someplace.
We don't know why they moved 4 of us today, when they're moving our entire group next Friday. And the place we're going to this weekend is the permanent location for only one of the 4, so the other 3 are moving again next Friday ( Read more... ) -

Well, it's certainly been busy here.
anniemal made arrangements to get the van fixed. (It's got a fault in the SECURITY system (that we didn't even know it had) that made us late getting to Pennsic 2 years ago and then stranded us there for several days.)
