I ordered a new ADSL router for granddad's place today. In the end, I went with TP-Link, the TD-W8960N. I have never heard of TP-Link, but they have the highest rated ADSL product on Amazon. Last Thursday, during my week of doom, I went and installed a printer for the tenants of my granddad. They'd bought a new wireless enabled printer and wanted me to install it. It turns out to be a Lexmark All In One (I think it's a 605 model). Lexmark have a reputation for making cheap rickety printers which they give away and charge the earth ( Read more... )

For a person who's supposed to be a geek, I haven't been very technologically savvy with my mobile phone. I bought one several years ago that managed to be a Motorola but without the Motorola software. It was therefore very good.
