Mobile Phone Switch

I have finally managed to start the port process of my phone number to Virgin. If everything goes well, it'll be done by the end of Monday. Virgin phone staff are much, much nicer than Three. I got a lovely lady who was really nice and patient and made the whole switch painless.

Virgin also seem to be a bit less competent than Three. They failed to get our contracts set up as they said they would and dad had to phone them and ask what was happening. They fixed the problem straight away. I have to say, I much, much prefer Virgin's friendly but slightly incompetent approach over Three's ruthlessly competent approach.
