We've had a bit of excitement yesterday, when the manhole cover in front of our house exploded with a big bang, unfortunately injuring someone in the process. This was supposedly because of a gas leak, which caused a build-up of pressure, causing the cover to pop. It looks like my situation with my ex-housemate is heading towards a resolution. Apparently it seems she really wants the key back and this seems to be leverage to get my deposit back.
