So today we got snow. It was lovely. I wish it would stick around longer or that we would get more but i guess beggars can't be choosers. Snow is just so peaceful and calming.

So just sitting here in the living room, casting on a cowl and we (James & I) hear what sounds like an accident, huge bang and crash. So we go outside (the snow stopped:( ) and nope, nothing on the street or the highway, then James points next door. There is a car sticking out of the side of Al's house! It's so beautiful here.  It started snowing about 4 yesterday afternoon and continued most of the night.  It blanketed us with several powdery inches.  The roads are clear so it wasn't too bad. Nice and still; not much wind.  Fantastic night.

We got snow this weekend.  LOTS of it.  Ok not lots but 2 or 3 inches.  It has been bitterly cold but the nice warm fire in the house has been wonderful.  I blew off work yesterday to stay home and enjoy it.

So I have to work today.  My dad has gone to a trade show in Georgia (wish I could have gone) so I am here at the store.  I wish I didn't have to be here.  I am sick and I want to be home laying around the house.  It seems to be all sinuses; headache, stuffy nose, sore throat, etc.  Nothing major just kinda blah ( Read more... )
