I stayed up way too late last night even though I knew I needed to be up at 7 this morning, because I was working on a retelling of Sleeping Beauty and, for once, inspiration and actual words were flowing with incredible ease. Finally saw Alice in Wonderland today! I was a bit hesitant, especially seeing it in 3D (this was my first 3D movie), afraid it would be really wierd, or very charicature-edly Tim Burton, or (my biggest fear of all) some cheap Hot Topic take on the story. I called Gamestop today because the family is planning on going out for the evening and I didn't want to miss it. I asked if Jason had made a descision about the seasonal position and he goes "Yes, I have... would you like it?" And of course I said YES. I'm so excited!
