Ugh, I haven't flown for a couple of years. Now it appears some airlines charge for: carry ons, seat choice, trick you into selecting extras and then refuse to let you remove the extras. It added $100 to the airfare. Are you kidding?

Woof, my dogs are barking. I am a big walker, averaging about 11K steps a day during the week, upwards of 15K on the weekends. Roughly. I think the app I use isn't super accurate, and it sure doesn't give me any credit for standing about six hours a day at work... and it gave two figs about all the backbreaking yardwork I did today.

I love it when I brew the perfect cup of coffee. A little cocoa, a little coconut milk, a teaspoon of sugar. Mmmm.

With a side of a completely nutritious glazed old fashioned doughnut... Hooray for the weekend!

Random: every time I think I've pinned down cookies and cream as my favorite ice cream flavor, I then have a spoonful of coffee ice cream and C&C gets dethroned. I really love coffee ice cream.
